Our consultants offer a wide range of administrative and legal support to companies with personnel employed under French law, as well as to foreign nationals who (temporarily) work in France.

RFN offers a complete package of payroll and related administrative services. We draw up pay slips for Dutch and Belgian businesses which employ personnel in France. In addition, we fill in your tax returns and take care of the correct transfer of your social security premiums.



Our legal services include the analysis of the applicable collective labour agreement and the drawing up of individual employment contracts, internal regulations and terms of employment. We also give advice in case of a labour dispute and assist with preparing plans of action for individual or collective discharge.

Finally, we advise foreign nationals who work – on a temporary or permanent basis – in France about taxes, social security and their legal position.
