PRACTICAL STEPS AND TIPS
A company based abroad can post its employees to France, meaning it can employ them temporarily in France. To legally and efficiently post employees to France, certain steps must be taken. During this half-day training, we will review the various formalities to be completed and the necessary documents to be filled out.
Target audience & objective:
Any foreign employer with questions about temporarily employing workers in France for a short-term project. No prior knowledge is required; this is a general introduction to understanding posting obligations in France as a main contractor or subcontractor.
