Since January 2021, French companies have had access to a specific service that contributes to their legal and fiscal security and reduces the risk of a tax audit.  This is the Examen de Conformité Fiscale or ECF: through this audit, 10 tax points are checked and a specific report is delivered.

During the webinar, we will go over:

• The context of this measure
• The content of the audit and the 10 tax points checked
• The delivery of the final report (Compte Rendu de Mission)
• The implications for the tax audit
