As part of your expansion in France, you may need to sign a commercial lease. A commercial lease is a rental agreement for premises used for a commercial, industrial or craft activity. The space must be used to run a business. When a lease is signed, both the tenant on the one hand and the landlord on the other must comply with certain rules.
