One team, multidisciplinary expertise

Agricultural projects are complex. They require technical, legal, financial and administrative know-how – often spread across several years. Team AGRI’s work is structured around six key stages in the life cycle of an agricultural project – from the very first feasibility check to daily operational support after the launch. 

1. Feasibility phase

We start with a thorough analysis of the economic and financial feasibility of your project. We assess expected production, investment volume and repayment capacity. We also conduct legal and physical due diligence on the land (ownership, lease, SAFER-related risks). In the case of an acquisition of an existing company, we perform a due diligence audit.

2. Dossier preparation

We assist in structuring your business (e.g. SCEA, GAEC, EARL, SEP) and help define a realistic negotiation strategy, taking into account all legal, fiscal and agricultural factors. Team AGRI supports you in finding the right structure, timing and price.

3. Acquisition or takeover

Once the project takes shape, we Our tasks also include drafting or proofreading the compromise or protocol, including coordination with notaries. We ensure the file is correctly submitted to SAFER and that the required operating licence is applied for in due time.

4. Financing

We develop a fully customised business plan, including a professional presentation file for banks. We also assist in identifying and applying for grants at the regional, national or European level.

5. Launch phase

We handle the legal and administrative setup of your business: company registration, founding documents, permits, registration with the MSA, CAP (PAC) applications and more.

6. Ongoing support

Our support doesn’t end after the launch. Team AGRI continues to assist you with accounting, tax returns, social administration, CAP declarations, and provides strategic advice for further development or investments.
