When you use foreign (non-French) subcontractors, it is very important to check beforehand that your subcontractor respects French labour law for the workers who will be on your site or in your company. Indeed, if this is not the case, you share the responsibility (fiscal and social) with the subcontractor and you also run a criminal risk.

During the webinar, we will discuss following items:
